Important: A2P Approval Requirements
• A2P approval is required ONLY for SMS/Texting
• Must be done through HighLevel or Twilio, not the AI dashboard
• AI dashboard and GHL's system are completely separate
• AI dashboard phone numbers do NOT support SMS and do NOT require A2P approval as all SMS is sent/recieved using Highlevel's phone system
• You can integrate any type of Messaging service, blue message providers, SMS Gateways etc, as it sends through the High levels Phone integration
